You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use vif333. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that gambling is not restricted under any law applicable to you personally.
Each player is permitted one vif333 account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately, and any balances held in secondary accounts may be forfeited. If you believe an account has been created fraudulently in your name, contact support immediately.
All transactions on vif333 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are supported. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and must be processed to an account registered in the player's own name.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus terms including minimum odds, eligible games, and time limits are specified per promotion. Attempts to abuse bonus structures — including multi-accounting or bet-hedging — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
Fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, use of automated betting tools, and any other activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities are strictly forbidden and may result in permanent account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and vif333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By completing the registration process on vif333.net, by depositing funds, or by placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. Acceptance extends to all supplementary policies published on this Platform, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules.
These Terms supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, between you and vif333 relating to your use of the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
vif333 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Where material changes are made, vif333 will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or an on-screen notification at next login.
Access to and use of the vif333 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the existence of their Account:
Age Restriction — 21+ Only: Registration by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. If vif333 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings accumulated during the period of underage play may be forfeited in their entirety.
To use the real-money features of the vif333 Platform, you must complete the registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active Account on the vif333 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identity details, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, vif333 reserves the right to close all but the first-registered Account, void any Bonus Funds held in secondary Accounts, and in cases of deliberate fraud, terminate all associated Accounts and withhold any Balance pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. vif333 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify vif333 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting vif333 customer support via live chat. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Accounts under active investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, or policy breach may not be closed until the investigation is resolved.
vif333 is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests, and may request verification at any other time at its sole discretion. The KYC process may require Players to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within ten (10) business days of the request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges. Persistent non-compliance may result in Account closure and return of verifiable real-money deposits (less any winnings) at vif333's discretion.
vif333 accepts deposits via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR): BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. vif333 does not currently accept deposits via credit card, cryptocurrency, or international wire transfer.
E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are typically credited within one (1) to five (5) minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the sending bank. vif333 does not charge any fees on incoming deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which vif333 accepts no liability.
All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits originating from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an Account review. vif333 will not process winnings derived from funds deposited by a third party.
Note on Deposit Matching: For promotional deposit bonuses, the matched bonus percentage and maximum bonus cap are specified per promotion. Depositing amounts above the stated maximum eligible deposit for a bonus will not increase the bonus awarded beyond the stated cap. Check the active promotion terms before depositing to ensure you receive the bonus you intend.
To withdraw funds from your vif333 Account, you must have (a) completed KYC verification, (b) deposited at least once using a verified payment method, and (c) satisfied any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to satisfying these conditions will be placed on hold until all requirements are met.
Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. Estimated processing times are as follows:

vif333 does not charge player-side withdrawal processing fees. Any charges levied by your receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside vif333's control and are the Player's responsibility.
Withdrawals must generally be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not technically possible (e.g., the original method is no longer available), vif333's compliance team will work with you to identify an acceptable alternative subject to additional identity verification.
All bonuses and promotions offered by vif333 are subject to specific terms published at the time of each promotion, including minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), time limits, and Wagering Requirements. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms herein and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any portion of the Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements are calculated on the Bonus Funds amount (not the deposit amount, unless stated). Progress toward Wagering Requirements is tracked in real time and visible in your Account dashboard.
vif333 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure:
vif333 regularly offers seasonal and cultural promotions timed around Indonesian events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesia's Independence Day (17 August). These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available for a limited period only. vif333 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All sportsbook bets are accepted subject to the applicable market rules. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued. vif333 covers BRI Liga 1 (including Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United fixtures), Timnas Indonesia international matches, the AFF Cup (Piala AFF), EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit round), and E-sports markets including Mobile Legends MPL and Free Fire. Market-specific rules (e.g., handling of abandoned matches, postponed fixtures, or walkover results) are published in the Sportsbook Help section.
Live casino games are operated by independent, licenced studio operators including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game results are final as declared by the live dealer and the studio's game management system. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the game's outcome — where already determined — will stand. Where a disconnection occurs before a round outcome is determined, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Balance.
All slot games on the vif333 Platform operate using independently audited random number generators (RNG). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not represent guaranteed returns on individual sessions. vif333 does not manipulate RTP settings below the studio's published minimum for any game title.
vif333 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest pricing error, system malfunction, or where the acceptance of the bet would constitute a violation of these Terms or applicable law. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance. vif333 will not honour winnings arising from a manifest error regardless of whether the error was obvious to the Player at the time of bet placement.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vif333 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the vif333 Platform — including but not limited to the vif333 brand name and logo, website design and layout, written content, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of vif333 or its licenced content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of vif333.
vif333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
vif333 applies 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption to all data transmissions between your device and the Platform. Player account data, payment credentials, and KYC documentation are stored with security controls equivalent to those applied by leading Indonesian financial institutions. vif333 does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vif333 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any of the following:
Where vif333 is found liable for direct damages, its total aggregate liability to any single Player for any single incident shall not exceed the Player's Account Balance at the time of the incident, or Rp 5.000.000, whichever is lower.
Important: Nothing in this Clause limits vif333's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vif333 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through vif333's internal dispute process:
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
vif333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at vif333.net/terms-conditions, with the effective date updated accordingly. Where changes are material — including changes to eligibility criteria, withdrawal conditions, or liability provisions — vif333 will notify registered Players by email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of your remaining Balance before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
